Peanut Butter Cacao Stovetop Oatmeal

Makes 2 servings

Ingredients:

-2/3 cup steel cut oats

-2 cups of unsweetened vanilla almond milk

-1 Tbs. cacao powder

-1 Tbs. peanut butter powder

-1 tsp. vanilla extract

-1/4 tsp. salt

Directions:

1. Add the almond milk into a pot and place it on the stove on high heat

2. Add in the rest of the ingredients into the pot

2.Once it starts boiling then lower the heat and cover the pot for about 5 minutes or until the desired consistency!

4. Add your favorite toppings. I topped mine with blueberries, strawberries, sliced banana, granola, cocoa nibs, and a drizzle of peanut butter!
