Açaí Smoothie Bowl done at home

Who loves a good smoothie bowl? I know I do but I hate spending $10 for one. So I started making my own at home and it was a game changer! It’s a HUGE money saver and you get to choose what goes into it (win win). So here is my go-to recipe for a good açaí smoothie bowl!



Ingredients:

-1/2 packet of frozen @traderjoes açaí

-1 frozen banana

-1/2 cup pre-steamed frozen cauliflower

-1/4 cup frozen blueberries

-3 frozen almond milk cubes

-1/4 cup almond milk

Directions:

  1. Blend all ingredients a food processor until thick (like a ice cream consistency)

  2. Top your smoothie with your favorite toppings. I topped mine with fresh strawberries, 1 sliced banana, blueberries, granola, peanut butter, coconut chips and cacao nibs!
