Maple Almond Energy Balls

These energy balls only require 3 ingredients and when I first made these my mom went crazy over them, they are that good! I have been on the search for the PERFECT energy ball recipe and these are my favorite! So little ingredients and are the prefect grab and go snack. I made these before finals week and I could not stop snacking on them. Hope y’all enjoy!


Ingredients:

  1. 1 cup of almonds

  2. 1/2 cup ample butter

  3. 1 cup of muesli or just plain oats

Directions:

  1. Blended all ingredients together in a food processor

  2. Roll into balls

  3. Enjoy!
